Job Title:

International customer service representative

Summary:

Customer Service and Sales Representative for the Aleco division. Handles all business and partnerships conducted outside of the United States and Canada.

Department: Aleco Sales
Reports to: GM, Aleco

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handles all incoming calls for existing customers. Includes providing order information such as ship dates, tracking information, order acknowledgements, etc.
  • Assist in the sale of product by providing pricing, product information, spec sheets, etc. as requested by customer.
  • Processes customer orders to completion, including order entry and ensuring all paperwork (purchase orders, spec approval sheets, credit info, etc.) is forwarded to credit and purchasing per established procedure.
  • Coordinates customer concern resolution by notifying designated individual(s) of the issue for investigation and following up to make sure issue is resolved to customer satisfaction — includes researching credits / debits as needed.
  • Maintains paperless filing system by adding completed order packet to the designated electronic folders as the final step of the order entry process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  High School Diploma or GED required. College preferred.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent in Spanish. Excellent phone etiquette a must. Ability to coordinate activities of cross-functional teams effectively.
  • COMPUTER SKILLS:  Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and MS Outlook.

Job Title:

Chief financial officer

Summary:

The CFO is responsible for Accounting, HR & IT functions. It includes general accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cost/inventory accounting and internal control. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical, planning, evaluation, and implementation skills. Establish and implement policies and procedures to identify, resolve, document and improve accounting process. Experience with cost accounting and ERP systems in a manufacturing environment is needed. In addition to providing direction and strategic support to make the reporting processes more efficient and accurate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Controls

  • Establish and document internal control with accountability and checks and balances.
  • Examine current work flow and process to improve efficiency.
  • Establish appropriate financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance of corporate group procedures.
  • Ensure financial statements are in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Budgeting

  • Responsible to develop annual operation and capital budgets by collaboration with the management team.
  • Compliance with corporate budgeting requirements and formats for consolidation.

Financial Reporting

  • Oversees the monthly financial reporting process.
  • Analyze monthly financial results and interprets budget variances. Informed management significant financial challenges and opportunities to meet the budget.

Control Spending

  • Responsible to monitor and control expenses to budget.
  • Analyze product costs and overhead expenses, identify opportunity for cost reduction.
  • Coordinates and drives cost improvements initiatives along with various departments.
  • Lead the annual insurance (Group & Health) renewal process.

Working Capital

  • Implement measures to improve management of working capital, including the effective management of inventory level, improving A/R collections, and properly overseeing all payable accounts. Generate monthly working capital KPI.
  • Oversee cash management including accurate projection of cash needs throughout the year. Maintain proper cash balance to meet the operation cash flow requirements. Report monthly cash balance and cash flow statements to corporate.

Audits and Tax Accounting

  • The CFO is responsible to support financial and operational audits performed by outside CPA firm and corporate internal audit, reviewing reports of audit findings with management and ensuring proper corrective actions of internal control.
  • Work with corporate tax CPA firm for quarterly and year end Federal and State Income Tax returns. File sales/use and property taxes returns.

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or business. Experience in public accounting, CPA or CMA preferred. MBA a plus. 8+ years of progressive accounting responsibilities along with at least 2 years of public accounting experience and at least 3 – 5 years of supervisory/management experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • APTITUDES:  Position requires a strong comfort level with making decisions, ability to exercise independent judgment and willingness to take initiative.  Projects self professionally, in appearance, actions and demeanor; confident and appropriately assertive.  Good business sense and demonstrated capability to develop and implement business plans for financial performance.
  • ANALYTICAL SKILLS: Ability to evaluate sales performance data, extract pertinent findings, and refine it down to key facts and action points for division team members and executive management.  Aptitude for deciphering competitive and market information and distilling it to actionable information for decision support.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS:  High energy level with excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to disseminate information across functional areas and to customers with tact and diplomacy.  Proven record of interpersonal skills that enable close partnering with clients, vendors and internal teams.
  • COMPUTER SKILLS:  Adept with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Experience with or exposure to ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, and Customer Relationship Management applications is highly desirable.

Director of Technical services

Summary:

Key engineering/project manager that will be responsible for the design, development and advancement of the PVC/Polymer extrusion processes. Responsible for capital acquisition and implementation of equipment, facility modifications, and process improvements. Material Handler

Summary:

Responsible for supplying operators with material and packaging supplies through work orders or oral instructions. Loading and unloading material by hand and/or moving devices/machines. Helping operators start up, shut down, and help package and inspect products when necessary. Completion of daily production sheets through counts and measurements, weighing, tagging and segregating materials. Operating granulators safely and efficiently. Assist machine operators and relieve operators for breaks. Cleaning and care of plant.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Good verbal communication a must.
  • Must have ability to lift 60 lbs repetitively; 100 lbs on occasional basis; up to 200 lbs lateral pull on winder shaft; crane lifts of 80 lbs and over.
  • Available to work any shifts.
  • Must be able to work overtime with little or no notice.
  • Must be team oriented and work well with others in order to obtain company goals.
  • Must have good housekeeping skills.
